Pat: re your dog on Proin, I had a rescue with constant incontinance a
spayed bitch about one year old. Her incontinance must have been what caused
her
to be in a rescue situation.
She was diagnosed with a persistent hymen and the vet performed a Bouginage.
She was put on Proin for life.
Have had no more problems. She stayed on the Proin and is not about five
years old.
My vet tells me this could be caused by other than the persistent hymen and
he did quite a bit of investigation A little expensive but doubt that
surprises you
