I am also a Realtor - what we need is someone licensed in Oklahoma who will
donate their portion of the commission. If we can't find anyone, I will be
happy to do a referral to an agent in Oklahoma. I normally get a referral
fee of 25% of the selling commission and I will donate ALL of that towards
the purchase price to anyone with a 501(c)(3) that will purchase this
property and convert it to a GSD rescue facility.
