Neither do I hear other breed breeders and owners complain. I attend many AKC
All-Breed Shows with just about all the other breed show people replying, the
judge thought the other dog was better when they did not win. If GSD show
breeders and owners only choose the judge they know will place their dog, how
is that a win?

I don't think it helps that we come off as so elitist. I do not hear
people in any other breeds complaining about "all breed judges" vs
"specialty judges", nor do I see the difference in all breed dogs and
specialty dogs in other breeds.
I have friends who show collies....their dogs have finished in both all
breeds and specialties consistently (the dog shows in all breed one
weekend, a specialty the next, no issues). Yes, they have their preferred
judges (who doesn't), but it's not all breed vs specialty.
