I agree Carolyn! The white German Shepherd IS a. German Shepherd....what's
next. The blacks get their own breed then the Sables then the
Bi-colors.....Going down a slippery road. The way I see it is the club does
not want to get rid of the white DQ so you have only a few choices if you
ownand love whites! Get a color you can show, don't show, show in another
venue other than AKC. No more comments from me on this subject. I'm burned
out talking about the subject! and voting for the long coats and against
thewhite coats

approving as a separate breed a DQ in an existing breed. Â Therefore, they
would not the white shepherd as a separate breed as long as a white dog is a
DQ in the
GSD. Perhaps this is their plan I doubt it, but one never knows. Â If the DQ
is lifted, then they could apply to AKC
to make the white shepherd a separate breed. Â I, for one, would not like to
see this happen, and it would be a disaster
for the ehites because then they could breed only to the white shepherd.
