I think the correct way they SHOULD HAVE DONE IT would have been to return
the changed portion to Jamie at which time she may or may not present it to
the rest of the Board. Either they are on the committee or they are not. It
was not done properly and therefore caused a lot of confusion and
misinterpretation. Geeeze! If there was any doubt about certain aspects of
the Code then it should have been discussed with everyone - and then
changed, not just by two.
I can't wait for the election.
