I just look for red flags...or even a glimmer of a red flag. I don't HAVE to 
sell anyone a pup...and I let them know that in the beginning. There really 
doesn't need to be a list, just listen to your gut Y'all. You are right in 
the fact they will find someone else to sell them a pup............and that 
"list" isn't going to stop them from selling either. Mo
