The voices of the working dog owners have to date been voiced in the
separate organization, the WDA. The new WDA committee of the GSDCA is meant
to increase the volume of working dog owners and to keep all the Board
members more informed. Until recently, I felt like I was hearing a
conversation in a foreign language, without an interpreter. When I asked
questions, I was met with a defensive attitude. The purpose of the committee
is to act as the interpreter. Kathy, while some working dog owners do not
belong to the GSDCA, some conformation owners do not belong to our club. Our
focus should be to make all exhibitors proud to be a member of the GSDCA .-
