What does that mean?
I am in a trial and the other side is quoting Sam Adams who said that "Facts
are stubborn things." I do wonder about that fact as Norma said about Janet
Lange?
I intend today to point out that Mark Twain used the same statement, "Facts
are stubborn things," but he went on to say, "but statistics are more
pliable." In my case the other side is trying to twist figures and statistics
to
change a written contract. I am trying to uphold the contract.
I love it when I find stuff like this.
