Hi,
Hopefully some on has the conversion info I need. I ordered HW medication form
my usual Australian source. They didn't have the brand I normally use.
I received Veta Farm Heart Gold Plus.
My mind is blank as far as the conversion from Pounds to Kg. The dosage says 1
chewable monthly per 22-44 kg dog. Dog's over 44Kg 2 chewable.
My ten year old is about 58-60 pounds.
Anyone know the conversion ratio. Or if you have the toll free Australian phone
number and the time difference, I can call them.
