oh, good grief. the list of judges nominated by the BOD was on the BACK
of the "NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING" sent out by laura gilbert - who, i'm sure,
sent it to all the members. it has been printed this way for over 30
years that i can remember. petitions aren't due yet so how can the judges'
names which aren't yet known be printed? obviously, they will be included on
the ballot when it comes out and, i have no doubt, sent to everyone by
laura. the names to which channing referred are those who will be running by
petition. for those who haven't yet received their notices, the names
listed were:
Didier Ardoin, Gloria Birch, Sandra Card, Helen Franklin, Charlotte LaRosa,
Barbara Lopez, Kathy Potter, Dave Rinke, Bob Slay, Kathleen Steen, Karin
Wagner and Jamie Walker.
the other day, norma hansburg said that she had received the new GS
Annual. i haven't received mine yet. anyone think i should call hoflin
publishing to raise hell or MAYBE, just maybe, wait for the USPS to get off
its
collective duff and deliver my copy? my mail is always late - wow!

Maybe it just went to the approved members :0) I haven't seen anything from
the PC about a judges list. Maybe someone would be good enough to post the
list of names to those of us who haven't received them. OR maybe they will
keep it simple and not send us a ballot either. Why was there a list of
names sent out if it wasn't a ballot? If it is a ballot why aren't all the
names on it? I do believe there were names that were petitioned. I believe it
was Channing that said some names were missing.
