Ballots have not gone out - that happens after all petitions are in
The notice of the annual meeting was snail mailed out to all members
The judges are on the back side of the annual meeting notice
Since it was sent bulk mail, and not first class, these letters can arrive as
uch as 4 weeks apart - that depends on the post office
We are not paying for transportation, meal's etc on the judges for conformation

nd, as to the ballots and who got them, I have tried to do an informal
urvey of who got them and who did not, and as best I can figure out it is old
people and those with good hair.
