Ballots have not gone out - that happens after all petitions are in
The notice of the annual meeting was snail mailed out to all members
The judges are on the back side of the annual meeting notice
Since it was sent bulk mail, and not first class, these letters can arrive as
much as 4 weeks apart - that depends on the post office
We are not paying for transportation, meal's etc on the judges for conformation

That is just silly. Of course we are not doubling the travel and hotel
expenses for conformation judges in 2013.
We usually have three, so by having eight, we more than double the costs.
But, when you consider the arena we are paying for, the amazing project we
have taken on, the expenses we are committed to, and two more classes, the
cost of an extra five judges is a mere token of the obligations.
I understand sponsors are being found to cover much of the expenses.
And, as to the ballots and who got them, I have tried to do an informal
survey of who got them and who did not, and as best I can figure out it is old
people and those with good hair.
