The information below is from the GSDCA Policy and Procedure manual:
- Every petition will be limited to one subject.
- Petitions of any type must include: Subject atop of each page, each  
members' signature, printed name and printed address; and the signature and  
printed 
name/address of the petition circulator (usually at the bottom of the  
petition)
- Twenty-five signatures are required to be added to the ballot for the  
GSDCA Board of Directors or Officers.
- Fifty signatures are required to be added to the ballot for National  judge.
- All petitions must be received by the Correspondence Secretary sixty days  
prior to the Annual meeting held in conjunction with the National  Specialty.
