[ SHOWGSD-L ] progesterone testing

When I bred Cleo, I did 5 progesterone tests, at $100 a test.
Did 5 AI's to insure a prenancy used the vet also for this even tho I
could have done it myself $100 an AI,
It was worth the cost because in the end I had a beautiful litter of 7
pups, I had been trying to get her pregnant for 3 years.
Does not include the C-section $1500 and I thought that was good, my
c-sections cost $2500 in the New York, Long Island to be exact.
From the posts some of you are really lucky where you live.
Everything vet wise is very expensive.
