In Woodbridge we had two places with fantastic Bar-B-Q. one is still
there...the other guy shut down after something like 20 years or so.
Here in Richmond they don't know what Bar-B-Q is, at least so far I
haven't found any I'd even try....the meat is all grey and dead looking, and
they don't put any sauce on it at all....heaven help anyone who goes looking
for Bar-B-Q or good ribs in this city!!!
And believe me, there is NEVER a time when ribs are the wrong
thing!!!!!!
