[ SHOWGSD-L ] peeling eggs

When I boil eggs I add salt to the water and they will peal very easy . I add 
probably about a 1/4 to 1/2 tsp depending on the amount of water of course . I 
just shake some in , I don't really measure.

Seems like years ago I heard if you put a teaspoon of vinegar in the water they 
would peel easier - Anyone do this?
