[ SHOWGSD-L ] pecan pie , probably not for dogs

I wouldn't feed pecan pie to the dogs but here is a really good recipe if you
want to feed it to the humans . <G>
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour - or can use 2&1/2 Tbsp corn starch instead
1 cup Karo Syrup ( white ) don't use generic brand
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 - 1 cup of pecans (Broken up) can use walnuts instead
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat eggs and add sugar
then add all other ingredients .
Put into unbaked pie crust ( pet ritz extra large )
bake 35 - 40 minutes - until top slightly separates
(Just cracks slightly )
