Another idea is to treat so it goes away and stays away.  I have used Albon
at the recommendation of several on the list and our terrific vet...even
really severe cases
respond beautifully, in a day or two.  I have often used it for two days
only....never to have pano return again.
Which begs the question, is pano the result of some underlying bacterial
infection?
