[ SHOWGSD-L ] panacur/ivermec doses?

would someone please email me the correct doses per pound/weight for ivermec
and panacur. ivermec for h.w.p. and panacur for quarterly worming. something
spilled on my notebook and i can't read it....me thinks the cat had something
to do with it :)
