I agree Pam does a wonderful job of keeping members informed.
With that kind of income you could afford your own plane to fly all the CA dogs
to the National. LOL!!!
When dogs enter and never show up that costs the GSDCA revenue. Yes, you get
the entry
fee but other costs are involved to the club. The Judges chosen bring in the
dogs, handlers and
owners as well as location. If more handlers live in a areas with easy access
to bring in the Conformation dogs
more attend. Owners mostly bring in the Performance dogs depending on the
location for them makes the different of
attendance. Every person and judge in conformation have their preference of
what they like and accept in a dog what
one might like another does not.

don't run the office by a committee.
What is the problem? Who is
responsible, and what
changes are being made? There is no reason the club
should lose money at
the National. There are budgets set, and as far as I know,
we never plan to lose
money when they set them.
Someone needs to figure out why we lose
money, and change
whatever is being done.
