Continue to hammer RESPONSIBILITY. A four foot fence near a bridal path is
pure negligence. But it won't be seen that way, unfortunately. It will be
seen as those dangerous breeds. I take walks down greenways and paths
between the back yard of houses. Scares the *&%# out of me sometimes when I
go
down a new path, and the backyard fences have loose slats and holes being dug
under the fence.
Responsibilty, RESPONSIBILITY! and punish the offenders, and complement,
praise the people who do it right! Not punish them for the irresponsible.
