I agree....I went back in old reviews...because they always had the endorses
sign on the forms until about 2000 to 2001.somewhere about that time the
endorsers came off.
I guess you could start with old reviews and pinpoint when the endorsers came
off the application form for membership in the Review and go from there.
Also it made it easier for people to apply online for membership. If someone
really wants to join the GSDCA ..lets go back to the old way alot of us
joined...getting endorsements and the the US mail system.
