ALL judges that qualify are "allowed" to judge the National. Nothing keeps
them from judging except the vote of the membership!!!
Board members Nominate the National Judges and then the Board votes on who will
be on the slate.
After that......the MEMBERS get Petitions going on who THEY want to judge the
National. IF there are enough members that sign the Petitions....those
Judge's
named on the petitions are placed on the Slate......and the members vote on
their
choice from that slate......no matter how they got their name on the slate.
The Board has already put restrictions on how often a Judge can judge and what
their
qualifications must be........soOOooo........IF it is the same judges every
time
they can,
then that is who the members WANT to judge their National! So be it.
It is not that we lack judges......it is all in who gets the votes. I see
no flaw in that?
The bigger flaw would be in forcing members to have 'others' judge just
because there
are many who have not...............?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I want the best judges I can get, every year. If that means the same
rotation, so be it. When the members feel that the same judges can't do a
good
job, they won't elect them. I see no reason to have someone judge my
national just because they have never done it before.
Maybe we should elect our politicians the same way. They can only be
elected if they haven't ever done it before. Oh, wait, that does sound like
a
good idea.
