Hi Lee,
Maybe it is because some of us feel the German Shepherd should be able to
participate in whatever activity his owner would like him to participate in.
Therefore we are willing to work for activities in which we do not actively
participate ourselves. :) I can't speak for those who vote for them but it
seems
they haven't volunteered to do the jobs themselves for some reason.
