[ SHOWGSD-L ] non gsd......cat question

We have a house that had a tenant in it. He had about 20 cats and no litter
box.... He pulled the carpet out but still didnt get rid of the cats.. Question
... anyone know the best ways to get rid of the smell? I have used bleach so
far.. let it soak into the plywood on the floors. Any other ideas would be much
appreciated. Have to go back and do more work on the house (10 Hour drive) and
redo the house and sell it.
