Go to the round table discussion prepared. Stiff penalties for irresponsible
dog owners, and enforcement of the laws already on the books!!! Call Patti
Strand and others that are knowledgeable on the subject. Carmen Battaglia has
a lot of experience having been called as an "expert witness" in many areas of
the country regarding breed specific legislation, his input thwarted breed
specific legislation in many instances. Good luck.
