How about taking the part about "fostering puppy mills, medical
experimentation, dogfighting, or any other endeavor" out, and just saying "A
member may not sell, lease or give any German Shepherd to any entity who
knowlingly contributes in any way to any endeavor that conflicts with the
stated goals of the GSDCA." That certainly leaves a LOT of leeway for us to
decide on an individual basis who qualifies for membership and who doesn't. I
certainly appreciate your desire to include all of those activities - what if
something comes into play here that we don't specifically identify as a
conflict? Might we be leaving ourselves open to problems? Just a
suggestion........
