You know I've never had that w/ pre molars.  I have had the occasional  
canine baby tooth still in w/ the adult tooth coming up under, but I do feed  a 
LOT of frozen, raw marrow bones to teething babies, so maybe that's  why 
I've never had double rows of teeth.
