[ SHOWGSD-L ] Re: new subject, why there are no newbies

I wish more people would suggest going to the "lower level" (who are NO less 
important) because trying to talk to those "big names" is #1 intimidating and 
#2 feel impossible...we don't want to take up their time.
The "Lower level" (read: the "normal" people) are approachable, because they 
are like the newbies in terms of seeming "human".  Trying to approach somebody 
like Jimmy Moses or Gloria or Cappy feels like trying to approach Brad Pitt 
and Charlize Theron and Beyonce Knowles...you feel like falling apart because 
you're in the midst of greatness, and you are the lowly newcomer.
