Same thing with me. A couple and a dog moved across the street... They
keep strange hours and are gone by about 4am, leaving their dog outside, =

bark and bark. My 7 dogs are sleeping around my bed and I'm lying there
wide awake and cranky.=0D

Bylaws state no noise from dusk till dawn, so I wrote a note on it and
tacked it to their gate with an old pen knife.=0D
