When we lived in VA before, the neighbors across the street had a large
poodle (I think) that they left out frequently at night and that dog could
bark.
I knew we were probably blamed because we were known as the "dog people" or
at least I was the "dog lady" but ours were inside at night. Fortunately no
one ever complained about that.
I did get a call from zoning one time when I had a litter of puppies. One
of the kids friends must have been in the house and went home and told their
Mother I had eleven dogs (I didn't have that many adults). When zoning called
me I just laughed and told them they were crazy. I did have a litter that
had eleven puppies tho. LOL Life with kids can be a challenge in many ways!
