Terry, If it's just a software issue, they can fix it by remote and you won't have to disconnect everything to take it in and lose your computer for a week or 2. That's how they fixed mine when I had some corrupted files and system errors. Took about an hour one afternoon. I will say it was creepy to see my computer seemingly having a life of it's own.
