BTW, just did this in June, so it's worth mentioning...
On the "old" OFA form, there used to be a place to check if you wanted the
x-rays back. ($5). On the "newest version", they did away w/ that section.
I asked the gals at the vets' and they didn't know, so I called and sure
enough, for an extra $5, you still can have them sent back, but since they did
away w/ the box to check, they (OFA) said just make a note on the application.
