Please!!!!! BSL does not work. It is not the dogs, it is the dog owners.
Punish people who put dogs where they don't belong, punish people who do not
care for their animals. Punish those who do not train their dogs to behave
properly.
But punishing the dogs will only cause people who obey the law to move as
quickly as they are able, and those who scoff the law to continue to do so.
Ask the local vets, trainers, and show dog breeders. In every case you will
hear that it is dog owners who need to be punished.
