Can I join in that club? It is not antitrust, and there is no risk of
antitrust from refusing membership to anyone. It is a crock. That is a legal
term.
I did say that at the time and when Nancy told me she and Hunte's attorney
wanted the entire board to attend a seminar on antitrust I laughed at her.
She suggested I give it, and I said I would, and make it a combination
antitrust and magic lecture. She told Lew that would be acceptable.
I was not called back.
