Ever listen to a shareholders' conference call?  You call in, enter a  
password into the phone and away you go.  Not only that, the meeting host  can 
do a 
pod cast that you can go back into later and listen on the 'puter if  the real 
time meeting wasn't convenient for you.
 
I do conference calls most every Tuesday and depending on the service you  
use, the host can have participants use one code and those who aren't able to  
participate but want to listen in, another code and the second group just gets  
to listen...
 
easy enough to do, lol and that's even before we add the 'puter stuff, on  
line presentations etc.
