I certainly agree with Bill and must add that if the membership has the
faith and trust to elect the Judges then that trust should carry over into
their
selections.
Honesty cannot be legislated by any Board and the Judges must have BREED
RESPONSIBILITY!!! We should select our top animals to represent the Standard
as
closely as possible and to mirror those important aspects of the Breed that
will improve the overall animal.
Emphasis should be placed on those animals that have characteristics needed
to improve the German Shepherd in the USA.
