I hope you're right - I agree that "Letters to the Editor" in any publication
reflect the opinion of the writer and shouldn't reflect on the publication in
any way. At least it sounds like the Board has come to an agreement
that had Hunte withdraw his membership application and stop any litigation.
Now if we can avoid any sanctions from AKC and keep people like Susan
and Joan from being removed from positions they've worked so hard for,
we should be able to move on. - Janice

It also comments that if you have a letter you'd like to share with the

Isn't that an open invitation to anyone to comment and be published? It
does
not state that someone has to have their letter approved by the editor. It
does not state that all letters must be on subjects or with ideas that all
members will approve.
Therefore I would suspect that the editor is not to be censored for any
letter that has been published.
Maybe I am thinking too much.
Worrying about the outcome of the board meeting......
