Sharon, Sounds like a good opportunity for some interested PC member in 
Colorado to try and meet this young lady and begin the GSD education 
process.
Maybe by the time our National in Colorado rolls around, she will have the 
opportunity to meet people and our wonderful German Shepherd dogs.
One never knows, when you begin to mentor someone and or sell them a dog how 
they may become involved. I can name a few who I feel I have helped in their 
individual beginnings.
