Personally my opinion is this:
If clubs/show secretaries did not accept late entries, they wouldn't have
this problem. HOWEVER, most specialty clubs would fold after having to eat
the expense of putting on the previous year's show(s). No more specialty
clubs, no more specialty shows. Problem solved.
