[ SHOWGSD-L ] judges retirement

Today I saw the perfect example of why akc should ask some judges to retire- I
went out to the local all breed show to day to check out the booths and watch
German Shepherds. This older judge should not be judging. She had no regard to
temperament, spent most of her time watching people outside the ring. Only
checked the bite and not the full mouth because her back was bad and she knew
they had all their teeth.(as told to a handler) I felt bad for the people who
paid for their entry and extremely high gas prices and did not even get the
courtesy of having their dog looked as the judge was looking outside of the
ring during their individual.
She was very short tempered while a handler was trying to set up a
uncooperative -dog for the picture- Maybe because she beat everyone outside
for a smoke? A handler from another breed said she did the same thing in their
breed also
If akc lets these things happen they will have less and less entries at their
shows
