well, and Virginia.
Then came the new ordinance in Fayetteville, North Carolina --
here's part of it -
(2) Screening required for breeders
a. Breeders must screen all acts of animal copulation from view
by providing either:
1. A six foot solid fence or wall; or
2. Dense landscaping to include large screening trees every ten
feet apart or a continuous row of large evergreen shrubs with a
maximum separation of six feet apart. The shrubs shall attain
minimum height of six feet at maturity.
The rest of the ordinance is the usual truly nasty and useless
stuff. But at least there's some comic relief.
