I don't know where you live but if it is like up here in WI. the dry winter
air makes everyone itchy.
Try a humidifier maybe ? and give her 1 or 2 fish body oil caps a day for
Omega 3 fatty acids.
NOT COD LIVER OIL !!!! which can be toxic.
Fish body oils are sold with diff descriptions.
WallyWorld sell one we all ( 2 & four legged) use as Cold Water Salmon Oil
and another good one is from KMart Vitasmart brand ... Natural Fish Oil
Supplement with body oils from sardines,anchovies, sprat, clupea and salmon.
No concerns for the soy contained in these caps as it is soy lecithin oil ,
the only soy porduct that is toxin free . ( I avoid soy for what it is ....
toxic).
Our GSDs get 2 caps twice a week unless they have itchy skin issues.
Ohhh, you poor girl doggie , it must be so hard for her with a big belly to
deal wiht this.

biting at her entire body scratching and biting her coat out. on propan she was
also itchy. she has been thyroid tested she has no sores or "bugs" ! she is
scratching so much it constantly sounds like she is nesting. i am sure that the
heat in the whelping room isn't helping but she doesn't spend much time in
there because she is a spoiled rotten house mouse who insists on lying on the
couch in the sun during the day and yes she is itchy there also
