Did Crufts do anything like that to get American dogs at that show? sheila

This is an interesting article. Apparently 40 dogs and owners from
Europe will be treated to an all expense paid trip to the Eukanuba show
in Long Beach- they will compete for a special Cup and a $10,000 prize
over and above the regular huge prize money awards already offered. Nice
slap in the face to their regular "customers" by AKC and Eukanuba. With
all the legislation furor in California right now, I think the only
ethical thing that anyone can do is boycott the Eukanuba show and send a
letter to Ron Menaker telling him so. Make AKC put their money where
its mouth is.
