(which I'm guessing would preclude any voting of Board business)
Also, under Section 5. Good Standing. A member in good standing is one
whose dues are paid,
(I'm also guessing that in order to be a Board member you must be a member in
good standing). Just my interpretation of what I read in the by-laws.
Can someone clairify?
