I assume a lot of folks use handlers all of the time, so you just call them or board them. Then there's me, and I have no idea whose out there, except for a few. I am trying to decide if I going to the GL Maturity in Detroit. I don't want to go there and see whose open, because I have to take off of work for a Friday event, and I'm not going to do that unless I already have plans. How far in advance do you usually need to notify handlers, and how do you know whose going where?
