Betsy Are you outside kennels covered that they have lots of shade? If not, shade cloth works great, and you can put it down the sunny sides. It really does cut a lot of heat. Sounds like you are covering the bases for wetting them down and lots of fresh water is a must. If you don't have fans outside, it does help if you can just keep the air moving. Freezing water in milk or water bottles is great and put in their kennels. They will often lie on them to cool off.
