Hey Sally....my name is on my house mortgage...and I decide what dogs and what
people get to sleep in it...anyone that wants to help me pay it, is free to
send their money and house dogs to me today!...lol...FB

  Over the years I have placed many dogs with farmers who want them to work
their stock
Immediately think of the hog farmer who has had 3 dogs from me over 30 yrs.
They learn from each other and the pups take over when the seniors need
help. Â They move the hogs from pen to pen bring them in from the pasture and
hold them in the pens when needed
The farmer had a stroke and had he not had these dogs  he would have lost a
lot of his lively hood. Â These dogs had secure and warm places to sleep
outside. Â Spent the day with the farmer and his wife and went everywhere
with him inside the cab of his pickup- and were fed the best- Â sleep in the
house  no way - they were working dogs and needed to be around the stock at
night(that is when everything finds a way out) Â These were herding dogs at
their best doing what they were bred to do.
would I consider placing a dog that would not live in a house yes but every
situation is different - Â I never had one policy set in stone for finding
the right homes-
Please note I change the subject line - Â I Â understand rescues requirement
but a lot here are now talking about what they require for placing puppies
