[ SHOWGSD-L ] hospitalty for judges

At the Miami club we always pick judges up at the airport, unless they choose
to rent a car at their own expense. We drive them to the hotel to the dinner
we always have for the judge, and to the show site. After the show, we take
them to wherever they need to go, airport or hotel.
We take care of basic expenses but to not cover extras such as renting a car or
extra nights in the hotel.
The Miami club enjoys taking care of our judges, and the next shows, in
February, we will have Kathy Potter flying in, but Ed has indicated that he may
already be in the state and will be driving himself and staying with friends in
Ft Lauderdale. We will be glad to provide the hotel room, much closer to our
site, but Ed promised to let me know his plans after the new year.
