[ SHOWGSD-L ] help with eye problem

I am attaching photos of one of our 11 week old puppies that has developed this 
sty or cyst on her left lower eyelid.  the vet says he is not sure what it 
could be.  
doing some research to see if he can come up with the answer.  Can anyone help 
out on suggestions or if you have ever seen this before. It is not present all 
the 
time and does not affect the pup at all.   She is on antibiotics for 7 days to 
see if it 
helps.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  thank you.
